Who runs this site
P95.ai is the marketing surface for AI Optimizer. The website is operated by the AI Optimizer team. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean that team.
What we collect
The website collects three categories of data, all listed in full:
- Demo request form. When you click "Get a demo" and submit the form, we collect the email address you provide, your browser's user-agent string, and the page that referred you to the form (if any). We use this to reply to your demo request.
- Site analytics. If you click "Accept all" on the cookie banner, the site loads Google Tag Manager and any Google Analytics tags we have configured. These tags collect aggregated, anonymised usage signals such as page views, time on page, and traffic source. Until you accept, no analytics are recorded — see the Cookie Policy for details on what each cookie does.
- Local preferences. The site stores your theme choice (light/dark) and your cookie consent decision in your browser's localStorage so the choice persists across visits. This data never leaves your browser.
We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment information, or location beyond what your IP address implicitly reveals to any website. We do not buy contact data from third parties.
Why we collect it
- To respond to demo requests. The email address you submit on the demo form is used to reply to that request. That is it.
- To understand traffic. Analytics tells us which pages help and which do not. We use this to improve the site, not to profile or target you.
- To remember your preferences. So you do not see the cookie banner every visit and the dark/light theme stays the way you set it.
Where the data lives
- Demo form submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet owned by the AI Optimizer team. Only the team has access. The Sheet is hosted on Google Workspace.
- Analytics data, when consented to, is processed by Google. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Local preferences live only in your browser's localStorage. They never reach our servers.
How long we keep it
- Demo requests: kept until you ask us to delete them, or up to two years after our last contact with you, whichever comes first.
- Analytics: subject to Google's default retention (currently 14 months for event-level data).
- Local preferences: until you clear your browser storage.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights over your personal data. We honour these rights regardless of where you are:
- Access. Email hi@p95.ai and we will tell you what we have on file for you.
- Deletion. Email the same address asking us to delete your record. We will do it within 30 days and confirm.
- Correction. If anything we have is wrong, email us and we will fix it.
- Withdraw consent. Click "Essential only" on the cookie banner — or clear your browser's localStorage and reload — and analytics will stop on the next pageview.
GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA/CPRA (California), and equivalent laws apply where they apply. We do not sell personal information.
What we do not do
- We do not train AI models on your data. Conversations or files shared with the product (when it ships) belong to you.
- We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone, ever.
- We do not run third-party advertising or behavioural retargeting.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email hi@p95.ai and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy in a way that affects you, we update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, post a short notice on the landing page for at least 30 days.
