These terms cover the Site only — not the AI Optimizer product. Use of the product, when generally available, will be governed by a separate agreement (typically a Master Services Agreement and Order Form).

Who we are

The Site is operated by the AI Optimizer team. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean that team.

What the Site is for

The Site is an informational marketing website. You can read about the AI Optimizer product, request a demo by submitting your email, and contact us. The Site is provided free of charge, and we may change or take it down at any time without notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to harvest content beyond what robots.txt permits, except for legitimate search-engine indexing.
  • Submit false, misleading, or someone else's contact information on the demo form.
  • Probe, scan, or stress-test the Site or attempt to bypass any rate-limiting, access control, or security measure.
  • Use the Site to transmit malware, conduct phishing, or otherwise harm other users.
  • Reproduce or redistribute Site content (text, images, code) without written permission, except for short fair-use quotations with attribution.

Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, copy, brand marks (the "P95" mark and wordmark), product diagrams, and source code, is owned by the AI Optimizer team or its licensors. You receive no licence to use our brand, logos, or product names except for fair-use editorial mentions.

Open-source dependencies used to build the Site are licensed under their respective licences (MIT, Apache 2.0, etc.) and are not covered by this section.

Demo requests

When you submit the demo form, you confirm that the email address belongs to you and that you have the authority to discuss the product on behalf of any organisation you represent. We will reply using that email. See the Privacy Policy for what we do with the data.

No warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF MALWARE. ANY PRODUCT-PERFORMANCE FIGURES SHOWN ON THE SITE (E.G. "30–50% LESS CLOUD WASTE") ARE ILLUSTRATIVE AND DEPEND ON YOUR ENVIRONMENT; THEY ARE NOT A GUARANTEE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS LIMITED TO USD $100, OR THE MINIMUM AMOUNT REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW IF HIGHER. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW (E.G. FRAUD, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR DEATH/PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE).

Third-party links and content

The Site may link to or load resources from third parties (Google Fonts, Google Tag Manager, Google Workspace). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or policies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For material changes we will post a short notice on the landing page for at least 30 days.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. Where applicable consumer- protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction, that right is preserved.

Plain-English summary (not legally binding)

  • Read about us, request a demo. Don't break the site or scrape it.
  • The brand and design are ours. Open source we use is licensed by its authors.
  • We don't promise the site will always work, and we cap liability at a small dollar amount.
  • If you have a problem, email us first — we'll try to fix it before lawyers get involved.
